Conflict and tough conversations are unavoidable, they will happen. Whether large or small challenges or differences of opinion they happen. How we respond and how we lead through them dictate the success of decisions or problem resolutions. Crucial conversations can be healthy and productive. Together we’ll learn how to identify, address, and work through crucial conversations.

Tom Tulburg
Tom spent 30 years of his business career in Operations and Technology Management. He joined the Eagle Brook Church staff in 2010 as a Campus Ministry Director overseeing the pastoral staff at the original Eagle Brook Church location. Tom was then selected to serve in the same role to launch a new campus, led the church-wide IT department for a season, and now is the Engagement Director for the Eagle Brook Association – the Leadership Development ministry to other church pastors and their teams.
